Green Handmade TORTELLONI

The very Italian traditional Tortelloni, handmade one by one. Handmade Tortelloni are stuffed with Parmigiano Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese , Ricotta and Provolone Cheese properly mixed .
The dough we use to make those Tortelloni is a thin egg pasta and a thin egg pasta with chopped spinach. That"s why we use to call them TORTELLONI PAGLIA e FIENO. Some of them comes yellow and some comes green. You and your guests will see the awsome result in your plate.

    Ingredients: Prosciutto, Mortadella, Parmesan Cheese, Durum Wheat Flour, Water, Whole Eggs, Natural and Artifical Flavors, Spices.
